Thank you for subscribing to Ichizu+! We want to make sure you have the best experience possible using our Service. This Refund Policy describes the refund terms and procedures for our subscription services.

1. Standard Refund Policy

Ichizu+ subscriptions are currently processed through Google Play. Refund terms are determined by Google Play's refund rules:

Google Play Store (Android Purchases)

If you purchased your Ichizu+ subscription via the Google Play Store on an Android device:

• You can request a refund directly through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase by visiting your Google Play account order history.
• Refund requests submitted after 48 hours are subject to Google Play policy and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancelation vs. Refund

You can cancel your Ichizu+ subscription at any time. When you cancel, the auto-renewal will be disabled, but you will continue to have full access to the cloud synchronization features until the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past billing cycles.
